I know that it is good to recycle because it saves the fish and sea creatures from dying. They can eat plastic or get trapped in our rubbish that we used and threw away.
These two plastic bottles are both made from recycled plastic. That means they have been melted and made into something new and they've not been thrown away.
One bottle is made from 100% recycled plastic. 100% is the WHOLE bottle because 100% makes a full thing. That's ALL of the bottle.
The other bottle is made from 40% recycled plastic. That's the same age as my Daddy. That's not even half of the bottle.
100% is much bigger than 40% because 100 is bigger than 40 so that's better and it is important that we recycle and don't throw away our rubbish so we can save our seas and all the creatures that live in them.
