Road or River? (Climate Change)

alt text
Climate change has changed our weather patterns. We get more rain and more storms. Our drains are not designed for flash floods. When the volume of rain is greater than the drain capacity then the drain blocks and the roads flood. I took this photo from my bedroom when my road turned into a river. The water from the road ended up in the canal and caused a big hole which let all of the water out of the canal. Lots of fish died and it cost £6 million pounds to fix the canal. If we stop using greenhouse gases and recycle our rubbish instead of throwing it in the canal then we can help reduce climate change.
