Busy Bee (in the wild)
While we were looking at the symmetrical sunflower, we saw a busy bee collecting pollen. We wondered how much pollen weighed and how much weight could the busy bee carry.
From researching we found out a bee can collect 350f its body weight, we calculated this is roughly 15mg of pollen grain. We also found out that a bee can fly at speeds of 15mph and travel long distances to find pollen.
