When I looked at the images I thought of the measurement of the passing of time and how technology has progressed when measuring it. I thought the next image should be a watch mechanism and this pocket watch on a chain seemed to fit the sequence. I photographed it in front of water as I thought water was a good metaphor for the passing of time.
