This picture is of jars of coloured water that I measured to make music. I knew that different fractions of water would make different sounds. So I picked 300ml as the whole number and I worked out the number of mls for each note using the fractions โ€” dividing and multiplying to get the volume that I measured with jugs. In the end I managed to play a tune.
