We captured this photograph when exploring nature in our School Garden. We were drawn to the leading lines of the grass and how they help to make the repetitive water droplets stand out. We like how the droplets were in a row like a sequence and creating a repeat pattern and we thought this linked well to maths. We chose this category because it got us thinking ‘why’ and ‘how’ do water droplets hold their forms?
