This is a picture of a fern from the school grounds. I know that the fern has bilateral symmetry, which means if you put a mirror inbetween the leaf it will look the same on both sides. Even more exciting if you look at the fern closely the pattern keeps repeating and getting smaller like it never ends. This is a fractal โ€” a shape that looks the same as it gets smaller and smaller.
